Ellio’s has an updated look to communicate our updated recipe. Based on input from our loyal fans, we improved the recipe by switching to simple, easy to pronounce ingredients. This continues our commitment to provide you wholesome, home cooked pizzas.

What's the best way to cook my Ellio's Pizza?
It's a matter of preference of course - you can place pizza directly on the rack for a crispier crust, or cook on a lightly greased baking sheet for softer crust.
What is the serving size?
Each delicious box of Ellio’s pizza has more than one pizza inside. Depending on the size carried at your retailer, you will find two, three, or nine individual pizzas in a box. Each pizza crust is perforated so it can be cut/broken into three slices each - so this equates to 6, 9 or 27 delectable slices of Ellios! The government controls what is considered a serving size, For Ellio’s it is 2 "slices". Confusing? Maybe - but our Ellio's fans are good at math!

How is Ellio's pronounced? El-li-os or E-lli-os, with a long ''E'' sound?
It is correct either way. Depending on what part of the USA you are from, you may pronounce it “E-lli-os” with a long E sound (as in the word “bee”) or “El-li-os” with a short E (as in the word “elephant”). Tomâto, Tomäto–you get the picture.
Can Ellio's Pizza be re-frozen, if the pizza was allowed to thaw?
We cannot assure the safety or quality after such incidents. For the best quality, ELLIO'S pizzas must remain continuously frozen until cooking.

Our pizza crust is made using wheat flour, which contains gluten.

To enjoy ELLIO's at its best - please consume before the "ENJOY BY" date marked on the package.
Does the Ellio’s Pizza contain any peanuts or tree nuts?
We do not bring any peanut /tree nut sourced ingredients onto the manufacturing floor of our facility where Ellio’s pizzas are made.
Where can I buy Ellio’s?
Ellio’s is made in the USA! New Jersey to be exact. Our pizzas are only sold in the Eastern part of the USA. For store locations, please visit our store finder feature on this site.
